Used products are rated on a scale of 1-10 based on their condition, 10 being the best and 1 being the worst. They are priced individually according to condition. Remember: A lot of these tap handles are one of a kind - meaning they are used and we only have one of them left! It has happened before that the same used handle has been ordered by two different people late in the same night. If this happens, the tap will be sent to the first person to place the order and the other one will be informed by email the bad news. We do update our stock everyday so that doesn't happen very often. Also, because these are used and we do our best to tell you about the damage they have before you get them, the return period will only be five days from the time you receive it.
